Pamela Miller joined Keller Williams in 2003 bringing with her 25 years of advertising, marketing and sales experience. She was the creative director of 3 ad agencies and owned her own design company for 10 years, which extensively served the Country Music industry. Her team at Keller Williams has over 20 years of experience in real estate sales. Pam adds her unique "digital staging" to her list of client services as well as "ad agency quality" marketing materials.

DESIGNATIONS

Pam is a GRI. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

She is a CSP.  A Certified New Home Sales Professional is seasoned in sales techniques and consumer psychology for new home sales. Pam has a broad understanding of how the home building business works, including the financial and legal aspects of new home sales. Pam is co-owner of Milmar Properties LLC, which specializes in "anything residential" from new construction to complete rehabs/additions to updating a home to getting it market-ready to sell.

As an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Realtor), Pam has gained additional training and negotiating skills to better represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions.

HONORS

Pam has served numerous years on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at Keller Williams. Only the top 20% of agents in the company get this honor. She is on the productivity team and trains other agents how to be more successful professionally and personally in her KW class, The Positive Spin Zone.  

Pam has been a Keller Williams sales leader, listing leader, blue sheet winner and capper.

She has been nominated as "Best Realtor" in The Tennessean’s Toast Of Music City.

She has been recognized in the "Nashville Post" as being 2nd in Nashville top property sales.

Pam is an active member of Williamson County Association of Realtors. (WCAR).

FAMILY

Pam is an avid UT fan. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with honors with a BS in Communications and a minor in Design. Her son, Ryan Karl, played first string linebacker for The Big Orange for 4 years. Daughter Rhys is a nurse practitioner in North Carolina. Husband Mark is co-owner of Milmar Properties. Pam has lived in the Franklin/Nashville area for about 32 years. She and Mark attend Brentwood Methodist Church. She enjoys running, hiking, white-water rafting, nice art , drawing caricatures...and spending time with her young grandsons Aiden, Holden and Asher.
